Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Introduction

Welcome to Canary Woof. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These rules ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of every dog in our care, while clearly setting expectations for our valued clients.

We provide private dog walks, one-to-one daycare, and overnight stays in Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dogs.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed by the client within 8 hours of the request.

  • Unconfirmed bookings will be automatically cancelled after this period.

  • Clients are encouraged to ensure all details are accurate at the time of booking to avoid delays.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be made upfront in full or via a 50% deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the service.

  • Payment confirms your booking and secures your dog’s place in our schedule.

4. Services Provided

  • Included: One-to-one dog walks, private daycare, and overnight stays.

  • Not included: Bathing, grooming, multi-dog care, or other additional services.

  • Any extra services must be requested in advance and are billed individually.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your dog, including health, behaviour, and emergency contacts.

  • Ensure your dog is vaccinated and fit for the service booked.

  • Provide an emergency vet contact on the registration form.

  • Notify us of any changes that may affect care.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather).

7. Health & Safety

  • Dogs must be healthy and fit for the service booked.

  • Owners must provide an emergency vet contact.

  • Canary Woof reserves the right to refuse service if a dog poses a risk to themselves, others, or the handler.

  • In the event of a medical emergency, the owner’s vet will be contacted immediately. Any costs incurred are the responsibility of the dog owner.

8. Liability

  • While every precaution is taken to ensure your dog’s safety, Canary Woof cannot be held liable for injuries, illnesses, or incidents that occur during services.

  • Owners remain responsible for the health and wellbeing of their dogs, including providing accurate information about medical conditions and behaviour.

  • Clients are strongly encouraged to have their own pet insurance.

  • By booking, you acknowledge that you accept these responsibilities and agree that Canary Woof is not liable for any incidents beyond reasonable care.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Changes to Terms

Canary Woof may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and apply to all bookings made thereafter.
